Face West with the lockbox a little bit in front of you. Position yourself not directly at the lockbox but offset to one side so you dont have to maneuver around when you pick it up. If you have Shades of Mist it may help to use the shapechange/melee buffer. It also helped to wait till any nearby sharks were clear overhead and as much out of sight as possible. Do not Sprint yet!! Hit Auto-Run and head for the box. Double click it and the snare will hit you. NOW hit Sprint and your ranger PF speed spell. Be sure to press A and the UP arrow at the same time to get up to the surface as fast as possible. My speed spell was only green so this is not a problem. I made it to the surface making sure sharks were fairly clear, Auto run, Sprint, then Speed. Not a single shark touched me. I had druid nearby, I was buffed, I had SoM buffer on but I needed none of this. Easily soloable if you time it right. Good Luck. : )
